ICU 2001 How to Exhibit
The Executive Board of the International Cadence Usergroup wants to thank you for your interest
in the 2001 Cadence Vendor Fair. The conference is being hosted at the DoubleTree Hotel in San
Jose, California; the Vendor Fair is Tuesday, December 4, from 5:30-9:00p.m. There will be elaborate
buffets with an array of hot and cold hors d'oeuvres and bars in different locations of the ballroom.
You may reserve one or two 10x10 booth spaces for your company at a cost of $1200 apiece. Booth
selections are made on a first come first served basis, so contact Jan Henkel early to reserve your spot early for the
best location.
This year we are using GES Exposition Company for the Vendor Fair. You will receive additional
information from them under separate cover at a later date. You must have all shipments go to
them; shipments will not be accepted by the hotel. Access to the ballroom for your personal set
up will take place after 2:00p.m.
We will be listing all participating vendors on our website for the conference,
on a special page promoting the Vendor Fair. Please contact Joe
Morrison (phone: 607-727-1387) if you are interested in further promoting
your company on this page. The URL for the conference is: http://www.cadenceusers.org/conferences/icu2001/participants.html.
If your company would be interested in having additional exposure during the Cadence Usergroup
Conference, please contact Jan Henkel for further information regarding sponsorship opportunities.
We would appreciate your attention to the following guidelines set by the ICU Executive Board.
- Each vendor area will be 10' x 10' and includes an 8' table and two chairs. You will also
be provided a 70' x 440' exhibit identification sign.
- Vendor exhibits will be limited to those items that will fit on top of an 8' table. Self
contained, free standing booths may be used as long as they fit within that space.
- Registration as an exhibitor at the Vendor Fair entitles vendors to have four (4) representatives
at the Vendor Fair. This does not provide admission to any other ICU-sponsored events at the
conference. Access to conference events can be obtained by individuals registering on or before
the conference as an attendee of the conference.
- The ICU Executive Board requests that vendors schedule any in-suite or off-site product demonstrations
or their promotional events to coincide with the Vendor Fair, and refrain from scheduling these
events in conflict with other ICU-sponsored activities.
If you have additional questions, please don't hesitate to contact Jan Henkel of Meeting Planning
